Our co-op students learn our business, help doctors build successful practices, and become an integral part of our team.

Medical Billing Specialist, Client Success

We’re hiring a Medical Billing Specialist to join our Client Success team!

Reporting to the Manager of Client Success, the Medical Billing Specialist will help provide exceptional guidance and support and positive experiences for our growing customer base.

Requirements:

Experience in medical billing and working within EMRs in Ontario is desired
Knowledge of the health system is considered an asset
Experience with customer service and data entry is beneficial
Experience with any of the following tools is also beneficial: Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, EMRs, medical billing software
